Referrals: To thank you for each a new family referred by you who enrolls in Music Together, you are entitled to a $10 credit toward your tuition or toward the Fam Jam! Music Store... There is no limit on the number of referrals you may have.

Refunds: A full refund is available if canceling 5 days before first class session. Partial refund (tuition less service/materials/one class session fee) is available UP TO 24 hours after the first class. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time.
Make-ups: Your family may have 2 make-up classes per semester. If you miss two classes this semester, but don't use your make-ups, you may not carry the make-ups over to the next semester. NEW!! We are no longer accepting phone-requests for make-ups. Make-ups MUST be reserved in advance, by signing up in the Sign-in/Make-Ups folder, which is brought to every class. We recommend that you exchange phone numbers with someone in your class, so that if you have an unplanned make-up, you can ask your buddy to sign you up for a make-up class later in the week.
Siblings: Siblings 9 months and under may participate for free. Siblings 5 years and older may visit occasionally, but please give us a call if the older sibling wishes to enroll in the full series of classes. Music Together is designed for children 0-4 years old but can be valuable to older children too.
Drop-ins: We do not accept drop-ins, as it disrupts the cohesion of the group. and does not represent the Music Together philosophy. Adult family members are welcome to come to class anytime. Older sibs (over 5 years old) are invited to participate in class as well at no charge. There are some exceptional circumstances. If you are watching a friend's child and would like to bring him/her to class, you may do so for $12. Beyond these examples, we suggest that you point your friends who are interested in our program to a free preview class, in-between semesters.
Extra! In addition to the 10 weekly (6 weekly in the summer), 50 minute sessions you will receive a professional quality CD, tape, and beautifully illustrated songbook for the current semester. You will also receive instructive research articles, and an educational parent guide. And we will have a parent education night (no kids) during the semester. Remember, your tuition goes toward your family's musical education, not just your child(ren)'s.
