OUR POLICIES :

SNOW DAY/WEATHER policy: Please check our phone message at 466-6999 for the most current updates on class cancellations. We will also try to leave updates here , but this is not always possible. We do not typically delay start times; if your older child(ren) are on a delay that conflicts with class, you may schedule a makeup or bring them to class ($15 drop-in fee for kids under 6 yrs, free for children 6 and up). Please email devi@famjam.net or call 466-6999 to ensure there is room for your other child(ren).
We do not always follow the Santa Fe Public School schedule, so please call our
phone message for reliable information.
Even if we are holding classes, do what works for your family. If you don't feel like braving the weather, you may use a makeup class. Go to: http://makeups.mainstreetsites.com/dmn1135/makeups.aspx to schedule makeups (no password required).

Referrals: to thank you for each a new family referred by you who enrolls in Music Together, you are entitled to a $10 credit at the FAM JAM! Music Store anytime. There is no limit on the number of referrals you may have. You are responsible for "cashing in" your referral credits. Please call 466-6999 or email devi@famjam.net, including the name(s) of the family or families you've referred.

Refunds:  No refunds or credits will be issued once an order is processed (your online payment is processed when you register).
