Refunds:  No refunds or credits will be issued once an order is processed (your online payment is processed when you register).

Makeups: Three makeup opportunities are offered for each 10-week semester unless otherwise noted.

Referrals: When a new family enrolls per your referral, you are entitled to a $10 credit towards the purchase of instruments, CDs, book/CDs or playsilks at the FAM JAM! Music Store. There is no limit on the number of referrals you may have per semester but you must use your credits the same semester your referral family enrolls. You are responsible for redeeming your referral credits. Please email devi@famjam.net, including the name(s) of the family or families you've referred.
