FAM JAM! co-hosting benefit with BODY in November!
Part of our vision at FAM JAM! is to give back to our local community. We have teamed up with BODY (at Cordova & Don Diego) and will be co-hosting our 1st Community Family Jam Night on NOVEMBER 13th, benefitting "Many Mothers," a local non-profit dedicated to supporting new mothers and families.
Please join us Saturday, November 13th from 5-8pm, as we bring you the opportunity to participate in Folk Music, Contra Dancing, African Dance, Nia, Yoga and more with your entire family. This event is intended to be experiential and participatory, so bring your drums, rattles, shakers and your bodies, and get ready to jam! If you have a genre of music or movement that you would like to share, we welcome that too! Delicious food and drink will be served, and a raffle will be held.
Suggested donation: $10/person, $20/family.
We hope to make this a quarterly event. Hope to see you there!
FAM JAM! Family Music Store goes 'live'...at the Railyard!
We're bringing the store to you, for one day only, on Saturday, DECEMBER 4th! Visit us at the RAILYARD PERFORMANCE SPACE on Saturday, December 4th, from 2-7pm. Get that holiday shopping done, sample our outstanding CD's, play (kids are welcome), and take advantage of some generous holiday specials! Listen to BLU 102.9 the week before and after Thanksgiving to hear promos.
